So about Tarnation….

I don’t really know how to feel about this film quite yet.  It was amazingly crafted and is definetly a remarkable story.  I don’t however understand exactly how this was a coming out story.  He told us that he was a homosexual at an early age, but it never seemed to be a problem or an obstacle for him. This film seemed to me to be more about his childhood and his mother and their relationship and his being homosexual seemed to not be as important or crucial to the story or the progression of events.
